Planning & Travel Diary

Hi all,

This is my first pre travel blog. A good friend and I will be traveling to Europe in October, living Fiji on the 31st of September. I have traveled previously for work, however this will be different because it will be entirely sightseeing and enjoying what each country has to offer.

Before I go on to mention the countries that we will be visiting. I would like to share the planning process. The decision of countries to visit was based on our areas of interest... and of course Octoberfest was the place to be. It took a good couple of months planning at least dedicating about 80hrs in total to discuss on our budget that includes Flight Cost, accommodation, Cities to visit and how long we are going to spend in various locations, oh and not forgetting deciding on what mode of transport we will be taking between cities.

Some countries that we will be visiting: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Italy.

Once our planning was done and travel budget finalised... our goal now is to save more funds and apply for visa's by September.

So are we counting down the months....
